Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know the artist will deliver?

Every artist on ArtNativ is identity‑verified and portfolio‑reviewed. Payments are released in milestones—so progress is visible and approved by you before funds move.

What if I’m not satisfied with the artwork?

Milestones protect both parties. If a deliverable doesn’t match the agreed brief, request adjustments before approval. Our support team can step in to mediate when needed.

Can I request revisions?

Yes. Typical briefs include a concept phase and one or two revision rounds. You and the artist can define any extra iterations in the proposal.

How long does a typical commission take?

Most projects complete within 2–6 weeks depending on size, medium, drying time, and shipping distance. Your proposal will include an estimated timeline.
